International Insurance

For those who have international insurance, including travel insurance, we can arrange direct billing only if you can provide us with a "Guarantee of Payment (GOP)" letter. Please contact your insurance company for a GOP letter.

Otherwise, we ask you to pay the total amount of services at the end of the consultation and claim your insurance for reimbursement.

Japanese Health Insurance

We accept Japanese health insurance, including:

Employer-sponsored insurance（社会保険）

National health insurance（国民健康保険）

and Child Medical Card （子ども医療証）

A "Reservation Fee" of 2,200 yen is collected at the time of your visit for those using Japanese Health Insurance, to help support longer consultation times and personalized care. Otherwise, medical fees and copayments follow the standard pricing established by the Japanese government.​ (This fee is waived through the opening month of June). 

Foreign Service Benefit Plan 

We are currently in process of arranging direct billing for those with FSBP.
