International Insurance

For those who have international insurance, including travel insurance, Tricare, AFSPA and other Foreign Service Benefit Plans, Allianz, and Bupa, we can arrange direct billing only if you can provide us with a "Guarantee of Payment (GOP)" letter. Please contact your insurance company for a GOP letter.

Otherwise, we ask you to pay the total amount of services at the end of the consultation and claim your insurance for reimbursement.

Japanese Health Insurance

We accept Japanese health insurance, including:

Employer-sponsored insurance（社会保険）

National health insurance（国民健康保険）

and Child Medical Card （子ども医療証）

We have decided not to implement a “Reservation Fee” in order to provide equitable access to care for all of our patients.

​

However, the Japanese health insurance reimbursement system is not designed to support consultations lasting longer than 10–15 minutes. To help us provide timely care to all patients, we ask that you prioritize one or two concerns per visit. If you have additional concerns, we may recommend scheduling a follow-up visit to discuss them in greater detail.
