2. Speak With Your Doctor

Connect privately by video with an English-speaking physician.
Your doctor will assess your symptoms, medical history, medications, and concerns.
3. Receive a Treatment Plan
​
We will explain the likely diagnosis, recommended treatment, and what symptoms to monitor. Medication may be prescribed when medically appropriate.
4. Pick up your medications or arrange delivery
​
We will find a pharmacy close to your hotel for you and send the prescription for pick-up. You can also arrange delivery of medications to your hotel.

5. Additional Care If Needed

If your condition requires a physical examination, testing, imaging, or more urgent medical attention, we will explain the next step.

Depending on your situation, you may be able to visit Cedar Medical Clinic Tokyo, arrange a hotel doctor visit, or be referred to an appropriate hospital or medical facility.

Dr. Hayashi is U.S.-trained and licensed in both the U.S. and Japan.
He has clinical experience in the United States and native-level English fluency — giving international patients the comfort of being examined by a doctor who understands both their language and their concerns.
