COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH ASSESSMENT
¥ 38,500
An in-depth assessment of cardiovascular, metabolic, and endocrine health

Includes everything in the Standard Health Check, plus advanced testing selected based on current U.S. preventive care and cardiovascular risk-assessment recommendations, providing a deeper evaluation beyond a conventional Japanese health examination.

Advanced Cardiovascular Risk:

Metabolic & Nutritional Health:

Lipoprotein (a) ― Lp(a)  An inherited cardiovascular risk factor that is not detected by a standard cholesterol panel (recommended to check once in lifetime).

Apolipoprotein B ― ApoB  Provides an additional measure of the number of cholesterol-containing particles that contribute to atherosclerosis.

High-Sensitivity C-Reactive Protein (hsCRP) Measures low-grade inflammation that may provide additional information about cardiovascular risk beyond cholesterol levels alone.

25-OH Vitamin D & Calcium Measures your body's vitamin D and Calcium level, which is important for bone health and calcium metabolism.

Iron Panel ― Ferritin, serum iron, total iron binding capacity) Evaluate iron levels and the body's iron stores to help identify iron deficiency, which may occur even before anemia develops. Useful in individuals with fatigue, restricted diets, or increased iron requirements.

Thyroid Health:

TSH (Thyroid-Stimulating Hormone) & Free T4  Screens for thyroid dysfunction, including underactive and overactive thyroid conditions.

Personalized Preventive Health Review

Your physician will also review your medical history, family, history, and prior screening to determine whether you are due for additional preventive care, including:

  • Colorectal cancer screening

  • Breast cancer screening

  • Osteoporosis screening

  • Cervical cancer screening

  • Prostate cancer screening

  • Hepatitis screening

  • Recommended vaccinations

When additional testing or imaging is indicated, we can help arrange this through one of our trusted partner medical facilities.

Best for:

Adults who want a deeper understanding of their long-term cardiovascular and metabolic health, with a detailed report including physician interpretation and individualized risk assessment.
