For patients using international insurance or paying out-of-pocket, please refer to this price list for an estimate of the cost of your visit.

Please note that some prices may decrease or increase depending on the complexity of the case and the exact service rendered.  Please ask your provider during your appointment for costs of additional tests, procedures, and services.

All prices are listed in Japanese Yen and inclusive of 10% consumption tax.

Basic Fees

General Consultation (without itemized receipt):  16,500 

General Consultation (with itemized receipt in English for insurance claim): 22,000 

In-house Prescription Dispensing Fee: 3,300 ~ 

Follow-up Visit: 9,900 ~ 13,200

Telehealth Consultation: 22,000 (includes prescription fee and medical receipt)

After-hours/weekends/holidays surcharge: 

• Evenings (5:30pm-10:00pm): + 7,000

• Saturdays (1:00pm - 10:00pm): +8,000 

• Sundays/Holidays (7:00am - 10:00pm): + 10,000

COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Test: 5,500

Blood tests: 10,000 ~ 20,000 ​
