General Consultation:   16,500 

Prescription Fee: 3,850

Follow-up Visit: 9,900 

(For established problems, within 4 weeks of General Consultation)

Documentation Fee:  6,600 ~

(includes medical necessity letter, itemized receipt w/ ICD-10 codes)  

Referral Letter: 4,950

Blood tests:  Typically 10,000 ~ 20,000 depending on test items 

Telehealth Consultation: 22,000 (includes prescription fee) ​
