School Physicals & Sports Clearances 

At Cedar Medical Clinic Tokyo, we provide school physicals and sports clearances for students attending international schools, including BST, St. Mary’s, ASIJ, Seisen, Sacred Heart, and Nishimachi.

Our physician holds an active U.S. medical license and can complete medical forms required by summer schools and universities in Hawaii that require evaluation by a U.S.-licensed physician.

​

School physicals are not covered by Japanese Health Insurance.

​

Most physical examinations can be completed for a fixed fee of ¥ 11,000.

Additional fees may apply for extra testing, vaccinations, or documentation requirements:

Urine test: ¥ 2,200 

T-SPOT blood test: ¥ 11,000

Tuberculosis screening form: ¥ 2,200 

Health Clearance Form completion (Hawaii): ¥ 19,800

Antibody Testing (Mumps, Measles, Rubella, Varicella): ¥ 5,500 each
