Please follow the instructions below for telehealth appointments.

Please note that only credit card payments are accepted for telehealth consultations.

For Patients Using International Insurance

Schedule your telehealth appointment online. Indicate whether you need an itemized receipt/medical certificate in English.
After your appointment is booked, a payment link will be sent to the email address you provided.
Complete payment using the payment link.
Once payment has been confirmed, a Google Meet link will be sent to your email.
Join the Google Meet session at your scheduled appointment time. Please have a photo ID ready to show your provider.
If medications are prescribed, your prescription will be sent to a pharmacy near your location. Medications are typically ready for pickup within 1-2 hours after your appointment.
An itemized receipt and medical certificate written in English will be e-mailed to you within 1-2 business days.

Please note: The cost of prescribed medications is not included in the consultation fee and must be paid separately at the pharmacy.

- A photo of your ID - Driver's License or Passport
- Your "health insurance eligibility" information (either send us a photo of your health insurance eligibility certificate card or if you only have a MyNumber card, please refer to instructions below on how to obtain a PDF of your certificate)
Once the above documents have been sent, a Google Meet link will be sent to your email.
