What to Expect: How a Telehealth Visit Works
1. Book Your Appointment
Reach out by phone, email, or through our online booking system to schedule your telehealth visit.
2. Receive Your Video Link
We'll email you a Google Meet link ahead of your appointment — no app download required, just click and join at your scheduled time.
If you'd prefer to use WhatsApp for your video call instead, just let us know when you book and we'll arrange that for you.
3. Pre-Payment (First-Time Patients Only)
If this is your first visit with us, we'll send a secure online payment link by email. Payment is made by credit card through this link and must be completed before your consultation.
4. Meet With the Doctor
Join your video appointment at the scheduled time and speak with our English-speaking doctor about your symptoms, concerns, or ongoing care needs.
5. Prescription Sent to a Nearby Pharmacy
If a prescription is needed, we'll send it electronically to a pharmacy convenient to you. Don't have a regular pharmacy? No problem — we'll find one near you.
6. Pick Up Your Medication
Visit the pharmacy to collect your prescription. Payment for medication is made directly to the pharmacy and is separate from your consultation fee.
7. After Your Visit (Established Patients)
If you're an established patient, we'll send your payment link by email after the consultation is complete — no need to pre-pay. Payment is made by credit card through this link.
