How It Works
2. Speak With Your Doctor
Connect privately by video with an English-speaking physician.
Your doctor will assess your symptoms, medical history, medications, and concerns.
3. Receive a Treatment Plan
We will explain the likely diagnosis, recommended treatment, and what symptoms to monitor. Medication may be prescribed when medically appropriate.
4. Pick up your medications or arrange delivery
We will find a pharmacy close to your hotel for you and send the prescription for pick-up. You can also arrange delivery of medications to your hotel.

Deliveries made at 1 PM & 6PM.
5. Additional Care If Needed
If your condition requires a physical examination, testing, imaging, or more urgent medical attention, we will explain the next step.
Depending on your situation, you may be able to visit Cedar Medical Clinic Tokyo, arrange a hotel doctor visit, or be referred to an appropriate hospital or medical facility.
Prefer to See a Doctor in Person?
Some medical concerns are better assessed face-to-face, particularly when a physical examination or diagnostic testing may be needed.
Cedar Medical Clinic Tokyo offers same-day in-person appointments.
Our clinic is located near Ebisu Garden Place, with convenient access from Shibuya, Roppongi, Shinagawa, and other central Tokyo areas.
In-Person Care May Be Better If You Need:
